This week we take a look at New York!

Let’s be honest New York is one those places that features high on many people’s ‘must visit’ list. For years we have been watching New York from our living rooms in films such as Sex and the City, Confessions of a Shopaholic, the Devil wears Prada together with many music videos, and TV shows. Perhaps your honeymoon is the perfect opportunity to take a trip to the big apple and see those wonderful sights for yourself.

New York, New York

New York is split up into 5 counties- The Bronx, New York (Manhattan), Queens, Kings (Brooklyn) and Richmond (Staten Island). With much to see and do in New York a month long trip probably wouldn’t be long enough to take in all the sights and attractions. Unfortunately, most of us will have to squeeze everything we can into a couple of weeks so, here a few of New York’s most popular and well-loved sights:

Times Square
Central Park and Zoo
Empire State Building
Statue of Liberty
Yankee Stadium
The Brooklyn Bridge

Whilst you are there you may want to visit some of the many art galleries and museums, take time to watch a Broadway Show or go to one of the many sporting events. For shoppers you may want to venture on down to Madison Avenue, Fifth Avenue 57th Street or visit some of the iconic stores such as Bloomingdales and Macy’s.
